Formed in 2002 Rapid Personnel has built a reputation as both a solid and successful recruitment business. We are not a generalist recruiter and much of our success can be apportioned to our market specialisation focusing on specific sectors. Working from two sites in Reading and Wallingford we are able to cover the counties of Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Wiltshire. We currently have established divisions within the Industrial, Catering, Engineering and Construction markets. We are an
ambitious agency and are continually looking to build on our success. Within each market we are able to offer a comprehensive range of innovative recruitment solutions to meet the unique and individual requirements of all of our
clients ranging from large blue chip organisations to small family run firms. As an independent agency we are able to offer a very flexible and dedicated service whilst ensuring we always remain competitive. We like to adopt a long-term approach to building successful relationships where objectivity, honesty and quality of service are our highest priorities.

Rapid Personnel qualified as members of the TLWG (Temporary Labour Working Group) in 2005 following an internal audit. The TLWG petitioned for a crackdown on rogue agencies operating in the agricultural industry and was strongly backed by all
the major supermarkets and most food manufacturers. In June 2006 Rapid Personnel qualified for a Gangmasters Licence issued by the GLA (Gangmasters Licencing Association) following an internal and client based audit. The GLA is a government backed agency set up to curb the exploitation of workers in the agricultural industry. It is now illegal to supply staff or recruit staff for the agricultural industry from a supplier who does not hold a valid GLA licence. For further information please click here.

Rapid Personnel are licenced by VOSA to operate a minibus service providing transport to work for all temporary workers. Our minbuses are fully insured and accredited inline with PSV (Passenger Service Vehicle) legislation. Further information on VOSA and PSV licences can be found by click here.
